Art Story, is a beautiful part of the Furry vibe. We sometimes have a local artist exhibiting some pieces and sharing their story, about their work and inspirations.
One third of all artwork sold on the night goes to the charity of the week.
Many folks in the audience get involved in creative activities such as knitting, drawing (in pencil, crayon, charcoal, felt tip, marker pen…), making cards and various other craft activities, and we have people sewing patches on to the Furry Mic patchwork quilt, which is being gradually built by the audience over several months.
The Furry Mic’s quiet listening atmosphere and amazing performances provide the perfect vibe to get the creative juices flowing. You can join in, using all our art and craft resources, or just check out the professional artists who are often at the Furry Mic making art.
